They are looking for someone with excellent tenure and at least 5 years of experience as a senior accountant with cost accounting experience and exposure to a manufacturing environment with inventory. Salary Range: $90,000 / year Bonus Potential
Senior Cost Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant with GL experience
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and Lookups)
• Excellent tenure and a desire for long-term growth
• Leadership skills and the potential to grow into supervisory and management roles
• Experience in cost accounting is preferred
• Background in manufacturing, particularly with inventory management is preferred
• Leadership experience or a desire to develop into a leadership role is preferred

Senior Cost Accountant Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical inventory count reconciliations
• Manage product and project costs, including material variances and labor efficiencies
• Handle standard cost accounting duties
• Participate in GL accounting, month-end close, budgets, and forecasts
• Consolidate accounts for multiple entities, including international ones
