Staff Accountant Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field 0-1 year of experience OR 2 years of full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas
• Associate s degree or basic bookkeeping experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• A team player who can also work autonomously

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

• Pull and distribute banking reports to Accounts Receivable
• Assist with simple bank reconciliations
• Handle entry-level payroll tasks
• Conduct basic account reconciliations
• Manage ACH logs and simple accounting tasks
