USC Online is seeking aProject Specialist to assist in the administration and coordination of day to day operations for online graduate programs. The Project Specialist will assist with the implementation of program services, data collection and reporting, and working with other departments to manage internal and external information flows. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and goal-oriented, and an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
USC Online is a center of excellence in online education, with the goal of providing operational capacity to schools in market research, online strategy, program marketing, enrollment and admissions. As we build the team we are looking for collaborative individuals comfortable in a start-up environment and dedicated to producing the highest quality work.
This is a hybrid position that will work from home and be required to report to the office on a regular basis.

Job Accountabilities:
Provides daily operations support for pre-enrollment processes for online graduate programs.
Coordinates creation and dissemination of information for Admissions and external partners, including managing statuses, auditing for data integrity, and maintaining an information session calendar.
Liaises with the admissions department and Graduate Admissions to ensure complete applications; quality checks and uploads all packaged applications before assigning to faculty reviewers.
Collects data and conducts analyses on program performance. Evaluates program content and service effectiveness, and reports results.
Provides customer service, and performs administrative and clerical tasks and duties as needed to ensure programs are supported. Acts as point of contact for USC Online Operations, and responds or coordinates responses to information requests.
Supports projects for USCOnline, including process improvement projects and creating training modules for our admissions organization.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $29.17-$31.00. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
