Assistant General Manager

Requirements:

• Must have 3 years of management experience in a high-volume, from-scratch restaurant, fine dining background preferred
• Must be passionate about food, and service and knowledgeable of food trends,
• Must have strong P&L, budgets, and sales forecasting experience
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Exceptional people and development skills, and a proven track record in attracting, assessing, developing, and managing talent
• Ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to relate to Associates across all levels of the organization
• Must be able to maintain tact and cool under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Knowledge of MS Office, ALOHA, and Compeat Advantage preferably.
• Able to work flexible hours necessary including off hours, weekends and holidays

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
