Logistics Coordinator
Job Description:
- Familiarity with the China-US shipping process.
- Understand warehouse processes and work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and safe arrival of goods. Proficiency in using computer software such as Word, Excel, Gmail, and other office applications is required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English.
- Legal work status and the ability to file taxes are required.
- Friendly, responsible, long-term stability, organized, strong execution skills, and basic industry knowledge.
- Accepts candidates without experience, but fluent English is a prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter corresponding orders.
- Read and promptly reply to emails.
- Verify documents and schedule appointments.
- Timely notify dispatch about relevant matters.
- Track truck transportation progress and provide timely updates to customers and teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate resources to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication in both Chinese and English, with a preference for candidates with a background in logistics management or related fields.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of working under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in office software such as Excel and logistics management systems.
- Quick thinking and the ability to respond to unexpected situations and make decisions promptly.
- Must be proficient in Mandarin.
