Role DescriptionIn this Maintenance Technician A role, you will be responsible for various tasks including: troubleshooting and repair of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical issues on industrial manufacturing machines and process equipment; completing scheduled preventative maintenance; providing training to other maintenance personnel; facilities maintenance and other tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Maintenance Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience who enjoys troubleshooting as well as working with their hands, is passionate about contributing to a budding company and embraces the change and growth within this process, while demonstrating a strong and reliable work ethic with a team-player attitude. Qualifications2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance. Technical training is strongly desired Must be capable of safely troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues in compliance with OSHA regulations Must be capable of reading and understanding technical blueprints, drawings and schematics Experience with sensors commonly used in manufacturing (i.e. proximity, laser, pressure and flow sensors) Capable of reverse engineering/drawing schematics for equipment without documentation Experience using hand tools and shop tools Physical labor (i.e. bending, squatting, lifting, twisting, crawling, standing) Ability to prioritize and multitask Capable of working with little to no supervision Company DescriptionWe are an aluminum component part manufacturing company, extruding aluminum, fabricating, mechanically finishing and anodizing parts complete to our vast customer base.
