Overview

Bowhead seeks a Program Analyst Journeyman in support of Unmanned Logistics System Air (ULS-A) Team within PMA-263 Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program Office. This position is located at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

Responsibilities

• The Program Analyst Journeyman will apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
• Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
• Tracks program/project status and schedules.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree* with 3 to 9 years of program management. Expertise related to Unmanned Air Systems a plus.
• *Allowable substitution: High school and 6 years of relevant experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have the ability to prioritize and perform tasks in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of Rapid Acquisition, Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) contracting efforts, and getting a program designated an Middle Tier Acquisition (MTA) preferred.
• Proficiency with Procurement Management Tool (PMT) and Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) a plus.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
