IT Service Desk Technician (Partial WFH):
We are Managed Services Provider based in Dallas, TX providing services to clients through out the DFW metroplex. Our team of nearly 30 professionals work together to deliver on our mission to Make I.T. Work for our clients. We provide comprehensive services to our clients that range from help desk through cloud and on-premise infrastructure design, implementation, and managed support. Some clients elect to outsource their entire IT operation to us, while others choose to engage us on a project-by-project basis in partnership with internal IT teams.
We are seeking a IT Service Desk Technician (Partial WFH) who will resolve level 1 and level 2 issues. The IT Service Desk Technician (Partial WFH) will be providing end-user and system maintenance support for multiple customers. The IT Service Desk Technician (Partial WFH) must have a strong grasp of current desktop operating systems, an understanding of network infrastructure, and experience with servers and virtualization
