Due to rapid growth, we are looking to bring on an experienced MSP Support Desk Administrator to our dynamic team. The ideal MSP Support Desk Administrator will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider.
The MSP Support Desk Administrator will heavily use MS O365, MS Azure, and AWS, various virtualization tools (VMware & Hyper-V), and desktop / networking support.
The MSP Support Desk Administrator will assist end-users in all areas of need while identifying risks daily. The selected MSP Support Desk Administrator Interpersonal skills : such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care to provide the highest quality of customer service.
