Due to increased business, we are seeking a Senior System Administrator to be a leader on our MSP team. The ideal Senior System Administrator will possess a robust understanding of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, with expertise in Microsoft 365 services, MDM (Intune), Copilot, Azure, and managing M365 Tenants.
Senior System Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support IT solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Utilize Co-pilot, SentinelOne, Intune, M365, Azure, and SharePoint for comprehensive IT management and security operations.
- Provide advanced support for Windows Server, including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and deployment.
- Manage Microsoft 365 Cloud suite and other cloud environments (Microsoft 365/Azure).
- Maintain and enhance Active Directory environments and Group Policies.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance service delivery.
Senior System Administrator Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using Co-pilot, SentinelOne, Intune, M365, Azure, and SharePoint.
- Intermediate scripting and automation skills, particularly with PowerShell.
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server, including versions 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- Solid understanding of DNS concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud suite and other cloud environments (Office 365/Azure).
- Management and understanding of Active Directory environments and Group Policies.
- Fundamental understanding of Office 365, Azure AD, and AWS.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and workflows.
