The ideal System Administrator Tier 2.5 (MSP) candidate will possess a robust understanding of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, with expertise in Microsoft 365 services, MDM (Intune), Copilot, and managing M365 Tenants. This client-facing role requires strong customer service skills, as you will interact directly with their clients and vendors.

System Administrator Tier 2.5 (MSP) Requirements:

• Experienced in Managed Services (MSP); excellent knowledge with best practices in keeping IT systems efficient – minimum of 1 year of managed services experience
• Deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 (M365) environments. Proven success migrating business email to M365
• Building and deploying file servers and cloud computing solutions; Windows Server 2019/2022 experience and VMware implementation experience a plus; understanding of Azure implementations
• Perform network deployments, including new firewalls, switches, and servers.
• Advanced Knowledge & Experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions – Azure / M365 / Intune/ SharePoint
• Experience with administration and configuration of SonicWall and Sophos
