Position Details
- Schedule 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays)
- Local applicants encouraged to apply
- 7:30am - 6:00pm (1 hr. lunch) Hours may vary
- Compensation is $650 - $900 per day BOE
- Potential for bonus tied to clinic performance
- Must be able to attend 2-Day training class
- Sport medicine/Orthopedic focused exams
- Joint injections in an out-patient setting
- Ability to read and interpret X-ray and MRI
- Manage patient flow (Day/clinic hours)
- Insure delivery of timeliness, cleanliness, and professionalism to each patient
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent bed side manor required
- Must be a team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must hold an active license as a PA or NP in North Carolina.
- A minimum of two years of experience in primary care is necessary.
- Related experience in sports medicine and orthopedic-focused exams is preferred.
- Experience in performing joint injections in an outpatient setting.
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is required.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.
