Overview:

Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where you will engage with customers, showcase your sales skills, and provide exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Utilize sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or wireless sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of technology products and trends
- Sewing Knowledge and experience is helpful
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
