Job DescriptionThe Bedroom Store has been locally owned and operated since 1977. With our team’s average tenure at just under 12 years, we know our best asset is our employees and the value they provide to our customers. We are looking to unlock new success with the addition of two new team members at our locations throughout the St. Louis area.
With a customer centric focus, the ideal candidate would have a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or other applicable customer centric roles. But do not worry, we do not have a culture of high-pressure sales tactics. We will provide training even if you have limited or no prior sales experience.

Accountabilities:
- Work closely with the General Sales Manager to set and achieve professional and personal development goals.
- Support Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including caring for retail store environment, setting up new product, properly submitting daily paperwork to the accounting department.
- Work closely (but not too closely, we practice social distancing) with customers to help identify their personal needs to help match them to the product that will provide a solution to their needs.
- Complete training sessions, attend meetings, make suggestions, and identify areas of opportunity in your assigned location.
- Care for the customer before, during, and after delivery.
- Physical requirements include bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 pounds, or up to 50 lbs with a team member.
Earning potential up to $100k, per year.
