This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Columbia, SC. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to legal cases and client representation. This includes conducting legal research, providing legal advice to clients, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. The Associate Attorney will also collaborate with the team on case strategies and may assist with drafting legal documents and contracts. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Law and Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience providing legal advice and conducting legal research
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Admission to the State Bar
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (Juris Doctorate preferred)
