Overview Sugarloaf is looking for knowledgeable Boot Fitters to join our Retail team for the comimg winter season. Sugarloaf Boot Fitters provide quality customer service to all guests and are experts in ski and snowboard hard good products.

The role of a Boot Fitter is to greet and guide guests in proper fitting of ski and snowboard boots and to understand Sugarloaf’s services, promotions, and hours of operations in order to provide consistent information to all guests.

Additionally, Boot Fitters will be expected to actively contribute to a safe and clean environment for all guests throughout the resort.

We currently have full-time winter season positions available in this role, but the role could become a year-round position for the right fit.
