Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
Prepare a variety of foods according to supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures.
Ensure ingredients are tagged, date-labeled, covered, stored and rotated effectively.
Portion, wrap and package the food in preparation for meal deliveries.
Place food trays over food warmers for immediate service, or store them in refrigerated storage cabinets.
Weigh or measure ingredients.
Wash and prepare food products for cooking or serving.
Maintain log to track quantity of ingredients and supplies.
Work on prep lines to assemble meal components.
Deliver meals to locations throughout Sussex and Kent County as needed.
