The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Olympic Peninsula, Turner Unit in Port Angeles, is now hiring a seasonal Front Desk/Membership Services position. This person must easily multi-task, have a positive personality, and a desire to work as a team.

Schedule:

7:45am-1:45pm on days when there is no school (Spring, Summer, Winter breaks, and national holidays)

Possibility of being a substitute staff during school days (if you are available).

No weekends

Duties include:

• Checking members in and out of the building
• Learning how to use the member tracking system software
• Following all member pick-up safety procedures
• Collecting and inputting membership data for new members as well as renewing members
• Collecting and inputting program and activity attendance as well as incident/injury reports
• Processing and tracking payments
• Communicating with parents about program opportunities, incident/injury reports, schedules, payments and answering any questions they may have
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all members
• Assisting the Unit & Program Directors as well as the permanent Membership Services Coordinator.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.28 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
