JOB SUMMARY

The Teen Specialist is responsible for developing programs, activities, and services that prepare youth and teens for success by creating a safe and positive Club environment that facilitates achievement and results in designated outcomes. Responsibilities include: Club operations, program management, and supervision of members.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES

•  Ensures the safety and security of staff, members, volunteers, facility, and Club assets

• Supports annual recruitment, member retention, and attendance goals

• Supports collaborative relationships with community partners, Middle Schools and High Schools

• Opens and closes the Club; provide direct supervision during operating hours

• Leads and implements planning, development, and evaluation of Club programs and services to ensure they meet priority outcomes and member needs
