**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Oversee medical records management and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Monitor resident rights and advocate for patient needs
- Provide an in-home assessment with a care plan for clients receiving homecare

- Proficient knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Familiarity with anatomy and medical terminology
