Your Main Responsibilities

• Collect Client Requirements: Actively participate in collecting client requirements within the project scope and contribute to the development of integration strategies.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Identify potential additional requirements and participate in discussions with the Integration Leader and the customer.
• Understand Customer Plan and Architecture: Attain a comprehensive understanding of the agreed-upon customer plan, as well as data and integration architecture.
• Conduct Workshops: Lead workshops with the client and other stakeholders to collaboratively gather client requirements and discuss integration strategies.
• Familiarize with ERP Processes: Understand standard ERP processes and architectures used in the CPG industry, particularly SAP (including S/4HANA) and Infor (M3).
• Execute Tasks Using Waterfall Methodology: Utilize a waterfall project management approach, tools, and shared workspaces to execute tasks.
• Oversee RGM Platform Preparation: Ensure the RGM platform is prepared with data, support the realization of outbound integrations, and assist the functional manager with configuration activities.
• Foster Product Team Relationships: Build strong relationships with product teams to facilitate necessary configurations, provide accurate specifications, and ensure transparency of deadlines.
• Conduct Integration Tests: Facilitate the launch and contribute to the handover to the client.
• Educate Customers and Team Members: Possess an expert understanding and actively educate customers and Visualfabriq project members on the agreed customer blueprint and data integration architecture.
• Deep Understanding of ERP Processes: Have an in-depth understanding of ERP processes and architectures used in the CPG industry, particularly SAP.

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3 years of work experience in the IT industry.
• Experience with S/4HANA integrations and ERP systems implementations like SAP (TPM/SD) and Oracle.
• Strong experience with in-depth data interfaces (IDOC, XML, CSV, JSON).
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and VBA.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions like AWS.
• Appreciation of software delivery/development and project management.
• Previous experience working with global teams and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work autonomously with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
