We are seeking an experienced Go-to-Market Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a background in project management methodologies and go-to-market planning. You have demonstrated experience at a DTC or omni-channel brand with a strong e-commerce arm producing on-target deliverables with high accuracy and commitment to all stakeholder needs. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple work streams to track, develop, and manage cross-functional project execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including DTC, Wholesale, Amazon, Creative, Operations, Product, and Customer Experience to drive efficient and effective project execution. This role requires a big-picture mindset, clear and effective communication, attention to detail, and expert-level organizational skills.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement, share, and maintain standard operating procedures for overall project management processes to set expectations across key stakeholders to improve the quality of work and drive efficiencies through data-driven recommendations 
  • Define project scopes and prioritization through direct stakeholder communication, and establishing timelines by coordinating resources internally, cross-functionally, and alongside external partners
  • Partner with Brand Manager and Director of Brand to develop and manage comprehensive project plans across all lines of business (DTC, Wholesale, and Amazon), which include, regular status touchpoints with internal team members and milestone meetings with key stakeholders
  • Monitor project assets through the planning, development, review, and approval process
  • Input manage all tasks and necessary follow-ups in Asana, and optimize the platform as a cross-functional project management tool
  • Own the workflow process and hold team members across Marketing, Digital, Creative, Wholesale, Operations, Product, and Customer Experience, accountable so as not to put the project at risk
  • Partner with the Director of Growth Brand Team to operationalize content concept tracking from request to go-live and monitor and update key stakeholders on performance 
  • Resolve and promptly escalate issues, risks, and dependencies – proactively identifying potential gaps and critical path analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute mitigation plans
  • Manage concurrent complex projects
  • Work directly with the inbound operations and product development teams to ensure on-time delivery of key launch arrivals, while relaying any delays and managing any necessary updates to timelines
  • Partner with Brand, Product, and Operations teams to support collection, tracking, and distribution of sample product requests for asset procurement for Partnerships and Creative teams
  • Participate in strategy development, learning about goals to provide recommendations and create campaign plans
  • Budget tracking with Partnerships Creative Teams to ensure we stay on track for annual creative budget related to launches
  • Manage project documentation, including meeting notes and status reports
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to teams and senior leadership as needed
  • Identify additional tools needed to efficiently manage cross-functional projects, across DTC, WHSL, and Amazon

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
  • 4 years experience in an agency/e-commerce environment working closely with both DTC and Wholesale marketing teams
  • 4 years working with project management systems
  • Strong understanding of the creative asset development process
  • Prior experience working in e-commerce and/or retail environment preferred 
  • Experience using tools like Asana, Google Drive, and Slack. Experience with BrandFolder is a plus
  • Very comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets Google Slides 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows 
  • Ability to multitask, be flexible, and manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience developing and managing detailed project plans with multiple cross-functional dependencies
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Highly responsive with the ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels, including leadership
  • Ability to know how much to manage team members with a firm but friendly demeanor
  • Receptive and adaptable; can be agile with shifting business needs/priorities and can adapt to fast-changing environments
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Project Management certifications are a plus
