We're looking for a new employee to join our construction team with an established homebuilder and land developer in Wichita! This job ranges between 25-30 hours per week and offers pay raises and annual bonuses.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and clean up construction sites;
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment;
• Remove debris, trash, and dangerous materials from sites;
• Dig holes, clear dirt as needed;
• Use an assortment of hand tools and other necessary equipment;
• Move a variety of materials and equipment as needed;
• Other duties as assigned to include but not be limited to minor detailing, such as sheetrock repair, trim, and paint touchup;
• Consistently show up on time;
• Able to follow instructions efficiently and effectively;
• Follow all health and safety regulations;

Qualifications :

• Construction experience preferred;
• Handyman experience a plus;
• Able to adapt to changing plans due to weather or priority shift, etc;
• Skilled in time management, following directions, and willing learner / listener;
• Able to lift 25 pounds;
• Able to work in a variety of weather and enjoy working outside;
• Valid Drivers license
