Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist Court Administration with daily functions.
-Knowledge of office and legal terminology, procedures, equipment, business, and arithmetic.
-Excellent command of English grammar.
-Skilled in operation of computers and various software programs.
-Ability to follow oral and written instructions, maintain clerical records, data input and prepare various reports as requested.
-Must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task.
-Ability to work well with others and the public.
-Prefer some legal experience.
-High school diploma required.
-May require some travel for training.
-Background check required.
