In this 1:1 Support Service Professional job, you will partner with an easy-going 22-year-old in Havertown, assisting him as he develops independence skills, specifically in time management and routines, self- advocacy, adaptable flexibility skills, cooking and healthy living. He is active in the local community and likes traveling. He is working towards self-sufficiency and wants to move into his own apartment within the next two years. He hopes to have a career in lab science and research in the future.

He is looking for someone with prior experience of working with neurodivergent people, or someone who is neurodivergent themself. He enjoys science, history, current events, comedy, reading & writing, technology and many other subjects. The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious, creative individual who asks questions, is socially compatible, open-minded, and has a sense of humor.
