We seek to add passionate attorneys to our stellar team who have experience in General Litigation. We provide a challenging and rewarding environment with an incentivized bonus structure and excellent benefits.
Requirements for this role:All candidates must be current members of the CA Bar in good standing.5 years of litigation experience.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can multitask, operate against deadlines, and communicate well, while operating in a team environment and independently.
Trial Experience Preferred.Strong legal research and writing skills are required.
Civil Litigation Experience Required.Responsibilities also include drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, attending court appearances, drafting/opposing motions, and conducting investigation of claims as well as providing advice and reporting to clients.
