Requirements:

• 2 years of software development experience and building analytics capabilities
• Strong desire and 2 years of experience working directly with a trading desk (fixed income, FX, equities, or commodities)
• Business-focused mindset
• Exceptional communication skills
• Stellar CS educational background
• Ability to come to the New York office 3 times a week
