Brain Treatment Center is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator Near Newport, CA
The Brain Treatment Center is a cutting-edge neuromodulation clinic that
specializes in disorders including Autism, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, Chemo Brain, TBI,
Anxiety, and Depression. We are seeking a Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to
add to our team of motivated individuals. Must be an enthusiastic, reliable, and caring individual with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude. Training for this role will be on site. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday (hours will be based on clinic need). Office hours are typically 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, but can be from 07:30 AM -– 6:00 PM.
Required Skills:
- Must be familiar with HIPAA laws and patient confidentiality
- Must have patient care experience
- Must be able to interface effectively and respectfully with all members of staff
- Must have the ability to interpret and resolve sensitive issues with patients
- Must be punctual and able to work with minimal supervision
- CPR/BLS certified
Additive Skills (not required)
- Familiarity of Neuroanatomy (Brain and Spine)
- Pediatric Experience
- Bilingual (English, Spanish, Korean, Tagalog)
Job Duties:
- Patient care includes: Scheduling new and existing patients, Patient documentation and intake, communication with patients (email and in person), data entry, preparing/closing patient files, and concierge front desk services, etc.
- Office duties include: Answering phones, restocking treatment rooms, refilling snacks and drinks for patients, communication with front desk, clinicians, Neurotechnicians and patients, scanning documents into patient files, copying documents, and administrative follow-up, etc.
- Communicate effectively to Clinician, Patients, and Neurotechnicians
- Travel may be required to other BTC Clinics when needed
