A successful CEO is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to handle and own both personal and small business financials. This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in financial management, including personal finance, real estate investments, and small business bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Personal Financial Management:
● Handle all aspects of personal finance for the CEO, including budgeting, investments, and real estate.
● Ensure all personal bills, including utilities, insurance, and other expenses, are entered, tracked, and paid on time.
● Manage personal budgets and provide regular financial reports to the CEO.
● Oversee and manage the CEO’s real estate investments, ensuring all payments are up to date and investment payouts are tracked.
● Coordinate and manage charitable donations and contributions.
Business Financial Management:
● Set and maintain business goals and objectives in collaboration with the CEO.
● Oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting for small businesses the CEO has invested in.
● Prepare profit and loss statements (P&L) and ensure all business-related income and expenses are accurately recorded.
● Manage all financial transactions, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
● Provide regular financial updates and reports to the CEO on business performance and investment outcomes.
Administrative and Support Duties:
● Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters, including liaising with banks, financial advisors, and other stakeholders.
● Maintain and organize financial documents, ensuring all records are up to date and easily accessible.
● Assist with administrative tasks related to financial management, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in financial management, personal finance, or bookkeeping.
● Strong understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and investment management.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask
effectively.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
● Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial responsibilities.
● Previous experience working with high-level executives is a plus.
