RequirementsQualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in digital user research, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Expertise in conducting usability testing and user interviews, employing both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proficient in using Usertesting.com and other relevant tools for remote user testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present research findings to diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
What You’ll Be Working OnResponsibilities:
Conduct in-depth digital user research to gather insights that inform product design and development decisions.
Utilize a variety of research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics, to understand user behavior and preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to integrate user-centered design principles into the product development process.
Design, plan, and execute user testing sessions using platforms such as Usertesting.com to gather real-time feedback on prototypes and existing products.
Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations, providing insights that drive product improvements and innovation.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital user research.
