BrainWorks HR Search is partnered with a manufacturing company for their HR Generalist vacancy As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in aligning HR practices with organizational objectives, driving employee engagement, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance overall business performance
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits and address HR inquiries.
- Assist with performance management and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Up to $80k base salary
