- Product lifecycle including pricing and profitability.
- Research, develop and present strategic product plans including new products, line extensions, and discontinuance of low performing items
- Analyze sales reporting to develop market share analysis
- Create marketing copy & sales tools; collaborate with digital marketing team to develop content
- Review and report on competitive findings
- Collaborate with ecommerce channel team to develop compelling promotions and advertising campaigns
- Support tradeshow efforts
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to senior management team for customer line reviews
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5-10 years of experience as a Product Manager for a manufacturing company, with experience in product development, price/margin modeling, forecasting as well as classical marketing
- Experience in hardlines / home improvement is preferred. Degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
- Experience marketing products through ecommerce & retail channels preferred
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical skills, including collecting, analyzing, and presenting insights from existing and developed data sets
- Experience working effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
