Duties

• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.

• Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in customer service and operational efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives accordingly.

Experience

• Proven experience in hospitality management or related fields, particularly within quick service fast food restaurants or hotels.
• Strong background in team management, with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff effectively.
• Knowledge of food management principles, including kitchen management practices and inventory control systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Experience in interviewing candidates and building cohesive teams that align with organizational goals.
