LVR Collection Rep Scope of Work
Driving Requirements
Pallet Collection Requirements
Pallet Return Requirements
Once all collections have been completed or there is no more room on the truck, the Rep will return to the CHEP Service Center to be unloaded.
The Rep may be required to unload the truck manually
Customer Service Requirements
The Rep must be able to professionally communicate with all customers, answer general questions re : the collection process and / or forward any questions they are unable to answer to the CHEP team
Additional / Unplanned Collections
In addition to scheduled collections, the Rep will be provided with a list of potential locations that may have pallets.
The Rep will be expected to visit these locations throughout the day (based on their location relative to scheduled collections) and inquire if pallets are available.
CHEP will provide a script and materials for the Rep to support this requirement
Safety
The Rep will be expected to work in a safe manner at all times and should not perform any tasks that they deem unsafe, even if that means a collection / delivery cannot be completed.
