Dental Practice, located in Naperville, looking for an experienced, dependable, diligent, & enthusiastic full-time Dental Assistant to join our team!

Individuals must be able to execute the following job duties :

• Take and document patient dental history and updates, as well as overall health and medication history
• Assist dentist by handling supplies and instruments as requested
• Assist hygienists when needed; seat patients, take x-rays, schedule next hygiene appointment
• Prepare trays for dentist with necessary instruments and supplies
• Make temporary crowns & bridges, if needed
• Clean and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms as needed
• Take high quality digital dental radiographs
• Management of supplies & equipment
• Patient charting and notes as instructed by the dentist
• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Radiology certification preferred
• Eaglesoft proficiency preferred
• iTero Trained preferred
• Must be proficient at making temporary crowns, Essix retainers & Whitening Trays
• 3 years of experience as a DA (a must)
• Full Time Position (34 - 40 hours / week)

Mondays : 8 - 7 : 30

Tuesdays : 8 : 30 - 5 : 30

Wednesdays : 7 : 30 - 5 : 30

Thursdays : 7 : 30 - 5 : 30

Saturdays (1 per month through July) : 7 : 30 - 1 : 30

Compensation commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance.
