Role Description
This is a full-time Client Success Manager role at BranchLab. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data, managing customer retention, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid role with the option for some remote work.
