Brand+Aid is Hiring an Advanced Bookkeeper / Jr. Controller Near Salt Lake, UT
We are looking for a bookkeeper that has several years of experience in their field. This individual should be detail-oriented, punctual and an effective communicator. A successful candidate will have 5-8 years of bookkeeping experience, the ability to work independently, and has experience in preparing financial statements and budgets.
Description
In this position, you will manage our financial systems, including AP/AR, reconciling receipts and payments, reconciling our bank accounts and ensuring our compliance as we have employees out of state. This role requires someone familiar with Quickbooks Online.
Responsibilities:
Manage all accounts receivable and accounts payable
Create financial reports
Verify that transactions are recorded accurately and assigned to the correct category
Maintain accounting records and systems
Track all commissions, overrides, and bonuses
Keep all important spreadsheets up-to-date
Assist in developing a budget for the company
Support sales and ownership team with questions regarding customer and vendor payments, overdue transactions, etc

Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
3 years experience working in the promotional products space or relevant work experience.
