About the Role : As an Events Assistant at Brand Avenue, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
  • Handle logistical arrangements including venue setup, catering, transportation, and equipment.
  • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
  • Manage event-related materials such as promotional items, registration lists, and attendee information.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Help in the creation of event marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Track event expenses and assist in budget management.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to determine what was successful and what can be improved for future events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
