ADULT DAY HEALTH PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Brandon Woods of Dartmouth Adult Day Health is located on the Brandon Woods of Dartmouth campus. We have been family owned and operated, servicing the health care needs of seniors for nearly 50 years. Our Campus also hosts a Skilled Nursing Center and Senior Transportation.

Brandon Woods of Dartmouth Adult Day Health is seeking an energetic Program Director to uphold our high standards for senior care!

JOB SUMMARY:

Oversees total operations of adult day health programs including, but not limited to staffing, organization of participant care, program development, patient and other related records, and budget. Attends all designated meetings as representative of adult day health. Maintains records and operates programs according to rules and regulations of the MA Division of Medical Assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Advanced preparation in administrative techniques including management and principles of supervision.

Training and Experience: At least one year in administration, preferably in the geriatric field. Knowledge of application of principles of personnel administration in assigning, supervising and evaluating activities of staff. Thorough knowledge of principles and methods involved in in-service instruction and instruction in participant needs. Familiarity with organization and functions of all departments and with policies. Basic knowledge related to nursing, such as drugs, biological, physical, social and medical sciences and their application for better understanding of participant care problems. Proficient in electronic word documents, and spreadsheets. Knowledgeable of ADH Regulations and ASAP requirements.

Pay: $63,610.00 - $69,384.00 per year
