DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES:The HR Generalist partners with business leaders in the Gulf region in addressing employee relations issues, developing and implementing training programs, assessing compensation, and providing administrative HR support. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Director and is responsible for the following:
