Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Salary range: $19.00 to $28.50 hourly
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and products.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their issues are resolved.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
