The Opportunity

As an Accounting Manager with Danner Enterprises, you will work closely with our Accounting Team overseeing and providing supervision of operational accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management

• Daily Deposits

• Recording Daily Sales

• Document, monitor, and update accounting policies

• Ensure all payments are completed on time (including accounts payable and bank deposits)

• Analyze costs and profits

• Programmatic reporting on financial status regularly (weekly, monthly) and create ad-hoc reports when needed

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems

• Perform internal audits and assist with external audits

• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations

• Oversee the accounting team

What you bring

• Work experience in Accounting and Accounting Management

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and legislation

• Hands-on experience with general ledger accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

• Experience with cash management and risk assessment

• Good understanding of accounting software, preferably QuickBooks®

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work with tight deadlines
