We are seeking a motivated, flexible and dependable individual to fill a full time Project Manager position near Burbank. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and vacation benefits offered.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities

· Oversee the construction project from start to finish. HCAI/OSHPD experienced required.

· Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed.

· Prepare and execute owner change orders.

· Prepare and execute contracts with Contract Administration.

· Prepare and execute subcontractor change orders with support staff.

· Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project

· Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule

· Devise the project work plans / schedules and make revisions as and when need arises.

· Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.

· Develop team atmosphere between owners. Architects, consultants and contractors.

· Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings.

· Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.

· Periodic inspection of construction sites.

· Ensure project documents are complete.

· Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.

· Serve as a key link with the clients and review the deliverable prepared by the team before passing onto client.

· Participate in process improvement initiatives to meet growth demands. Be innovative and assertive.

· Must be able to travel within state as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
