Kushy Punch and Brass Knuckles, premier brands in the cannabis industry, are seeking experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Albany/Northern New York area. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and increasing market share of our cannabis portfolio within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the cannabis industry.
- Strong understanding of the cannabis market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a go-getter attitude and a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the designated territory.
