Braums Ice Cream and Dairy Stores is Hiring a Hr generalist Near Oklahoma, OK
Braum's has an immediate opening for a person to help support our HR and Payroll functions. This position is responsible for a variety of duties relating to both areas.
The hours will be Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Pay is based on experience.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities :
- Data entry for personnel file updates to the HR / PR system
- Assist HR and Payroll staff with daily mail, report distribution, etc.
- Participate in bi-weekly payroll processing
- Assist in the scanning process for any personnel documents not received electronically
- Field phone calls for HR and / or Payroll matters
- Monitor / maintain job postings on Braum's Careers page as needed
- Assist with other tasks as needed by the HR Director, HR Coordinator and Payroll Manager
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written / verbal customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail / accuracy
- Proficient with Excel and Word
- Must maintain confidentiality in all personnel matters
- Must be a self-starter
