Overview:
Braun Home, mid-Missouri’s premier provider of services for adults with intellectual disabilities, is seeking an accounting member to join our team at our Fayette office.

Job Details:
- Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
- Job Type: Full-Time (40 Hours)
- Shift and Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
- Work Location: On-site, Fayette, MO 65248

Requirements:
- Be at Least 18 Years Old.
- Have Good Math and Comprehension Skills
- Have a Valid Driver’s License or Non-Driver ID.
- Be a US Citizen or Possess a Work Visa, with Proof of SSN, Birth Certificate, or Legal Documents Acceptable for I-9.
- Be able to Maintain 40 Hours per Week for Full-Time.
- Pass a Criminal Background Check

Responsibilities:
- Duties for On and Off-Site Locations
- Perform Typical Accounting Functions such as Processing Checks, Making Bank Deposits, Balancing Bank Statements and Working with Invoices
- Filing
- Marketing Duties and Company Website Upkeep
- Assist with Company Brochures
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Medicaid Updates Annually for Individuals
- Vehicle Mileage Logs
- OSHA Binders
- Additional Duties as they may arise as Assigned by Immediate Supervisor
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Quicken and QuickBooks Programs Preferred
