Job Description:
• Responsible for the leading critical Human Resources project/programs for a global organization of 3500 employees.
• Should have experience of leading talent programs in HR and should have the ability to partner closely with HRBPs, Employee Relations, legal and other COE functions within HR to lead the program.
• Should have strong business and talent acumen.
• Should have ability to work on greenfield projects and deal with high level of ambiguity while delivering results.
• Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
• Requires an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree and at least 6-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area in leading programs for Human Resources function.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Articulate thoughts in written and spoken word
Candidate Requirements:
Years of experience: 6-7 years’ experience leading programs within HR capacity
Required:
• Bar raising program management
• Understands HR
• Worked in operations environment/run programs
• Acumen for Global program – i.e. regional differences, labor law nuances, locations ambiguity
• Risk assessment
• High level of ownership, self-starter
• Ability to lead programs
DQs:
Program management in a general business capacity
Degree or Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
