Position Description
The Inside Sales Representative will work daily with customers to resolve their needs timely and efficiently. The position includes all facets of inside sales in product selection and quoting, customer service, shipping & return of goods, expediting and handling customer complaints. This position supports & interacts with outside sales to drive growth.
Ideal Experience
The ideal candidate will have a motivation for customer service and have at least 4 years of successful inside sales / customer service experience in an industrial environment, preferably in valves and flow control products. Additionally, they should feel comfortable with understanding and interpreting process flow conditions in order to discern customer requirements. This relationship-builder must have excellent interpersonal skills (in person, on the phone, and via email) and be computer literate in a high-paced office environment. The ideal candidate should also possess a high level of actuation and controls knowledge to be successful in this role. The ability to understand and interpret technical requirements and successfully communicate that information internally and to our customers is key.
