BRAY is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Whitewater, CO

We are looking for an outgoing individual to be our Director of First Impressions at the Front Desk in our Property Management Office in Grand Junction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • First contact with clients, vendors and agents.
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the proper person or department.
  • Supporting Property Managers with administrative tasks
  • Sorting mail.
  • Customer Service for all external clients as well as our internal clients.
  • · Keeping front desk area and conference rooms neat and clean.

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous front desk experience
  • Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor with co-workers, agents and clients.
  • Must be proficient in the use of office equipment including computers, fax machines, printers, copiers and scanners.
  • Must be a self-starter with the drive and enthusiasm for quality.
  • Must be detail oriented with a focus on organization.
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle disruptions.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an ability to work well with others, under pressure.
  • Must have a proficient understanding of computer systems, specifically Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
