Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Treatment Coordinator to join our team! You will perform administrative duties to help our patients have the best experience possible. Our oral surgery practice has been an integral part of our community's oral health success for over 40 years. At BVOMS, the best interest of the patient is our only interest. We are looking for an individual that promotes a positive image to our patients, referring doctors and the general public.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service for the patient, general dentists/staff and anyone else who contacts our office
  • Enter patient room with the doctor during patient visit to capture and present treatment plan
  • Present treatment plans to patients and educate them on treatment options and insurance benefits in a clear and empathetic manner
  • Schedule surgeries and send patient prescriptions
  • Check in patients for surgery, collect estimated co insurance, give after care instructions and schedule post op appointments
  • Maintain patient privacy through HIPAA
  • Communicate with referring doctors on treatment needed, in a friendly manner
  • Answer incoming telephone calls with a smile
  • Help your teammates when needed.

Our compensation package includes a salary, medical benefits, 401K, profit sharing, life insurance options, paid time off and holiday pay. The typical full-time work week is around 36-38 hours.
